DIY First Day of School Flipbook Card

Instructions for Making a Flipbook

Base Structure:

  • Cardstock 11 x 21 cm– Score along the long side at 1.8 cm and 2.5 cm– Rotate the paper and score again at 1.8 cm and 2.5 cm

  • Second piece of cardstock: 10.5 x 15.8 cm– Score along the long side at 1 cm

  • Third piece of cardstock: 11 x 21 cm– Score along the long side at 12 cm

  • Fourth piece of cardstock: 11 x 13 cm– Score along the long side at 6.5 cm– Then measure 5 cm down from the top (on the long side) and cut diagonally

  • Pocket insert: 6 x 17.8 cm– Score on three sides at 1 cm– On the left side, measure 2.7 cm down and cut diagonally

  • Holder: 5.5 x 2 cm– Score at 0.6 cm and 2 cm– Then cut along the score line

Design Paper & Decoration:

  • Design paper: 10.7 x 15.7 cm

  • Cut out 3 tags (size of your choice)

  • 4 photo corner pieces: each 2 x 4.2 cm

  • Center of pocket insert: measure 2.2 cm (for cut-out)

Matting:

  • 1 piece: 4.1 x 15.4 cm

  • 1 piece: 9.2 x 15.5 cm

  • 2 pieces: 16.6 x 10.7 cm

  • 2 pieces: 8.7 x 10.7 cm

  • 3 pieces: 6.1 x 10.7 cm

  • 1 piece: 4.7 x 9 cm
