Shipping conditions

1. Shipping Area
   I ship within Switzerland as well as to EU countries.

2. Shipping Costs
   Switzerland: Shipping within Switzerland is free.
   EU countries: Shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are calculated separately for shipments to the EU. The amount depends on weight, size, and destination country.

3. Shipping Service Provider
   Shipping is done via Swiss Post or an equivalent provider. If possible, tracking information will be provided.

4. Delivery Time
   Switzerland: Approx. 3–7 business days after payment receipt.
   EU countries: Approx. 7–21 business days (delays due to customs may occur).

5. Digital Products
   Digital products such as design papers or templates are automatically available for download after successful payment. There is no shipping via email or post. No shipping costs apply to digital products.

6. Damaged Goods
   Please check the goods carefully upon receipt. In case of damage during shipping, please contact me within 5 days so we can find a solution together.

7. Prices and Currency
   All prices in the shop are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Orders from abroad must also be paid in CHF.
