1. Scope
   These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through my online shop by consumers or businesses. By purchasing a product, you accept these terms.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
   The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. A contract is concluded when you complete the purchase process and receive an order confirmation from me.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
   All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include VAT (small business regulation according to Swiss law).
   Shipping costs will be displayed separately before completing the order.
   Shipping within Switzerland is partially free, depending on the product description. Deliveries abroad are available upon request and subject to an additional charge.

4. Payment
   The following payment methods are accepted:

• TWINT

• PayPal
  Payment must be made in advance. Goods will be shipped or made available only after payment is received.

1. Delivery & Digital Products
   Physical products will be shipped within 3–7 working days after payment is received.
   Digital products will be available for download or sent by email once payment is successfully completed.
   Shipping is handled by Swiss Post or a comparable service provider.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights
   All design papers, tutorials, and digital content are copyright protected.

• Private use: allowed without a license.

• Commercial use: only with a purchased, written license.
  The distribution, reproduction, or resale (especially digital) without my consent is prohibited.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
   Digital products: Excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are available immediately after purchase.
   Physical products: As they are handmade and personalized items, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
   If the product arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receipt.

2. Warranty
   Handmade products are made with the greatest care. Minor deviations in color, shape, or material are production-related and do not constitute a defect.
   In the case of valid complaints, a replacement or refund will be offered.

3. Data Protection
   Your personal data will only be used for processing your order. The detailed privacy policy can be found under:

4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
   Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is Burgdorf, Switzerland.
